.NET Engineer

DevObsessed .NET engineers are responsible for building the back-end structure and processes of a software application. They will primarily write RESTful APIs and business logic that will be utilized by front-end engineers, UX designers and third party integrators.

Desired Experience with one or more

  • 5+ years of solid experience with the C# .NET platform
  • Experience developing applications using C# or and .NET Core Technologies
  • Proficiency using Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio 2017 or higher, OR Rider
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and micro services using .Net Core
  • Experience in using Entity Framework Core or Dapper
  • Experience with LINQ
  • Thorough unit testing and integration testing practices

Nice to have

  • Experience in systems design, system architecture, and algorithm development
  • Experiences with Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines is desired
  • Experience with Azure cloud services is a plus

Bonus points for

  • Experience working with XML, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, Typescript, and bootstrap
  • Advanced JavaScript (Angular.js, Node.js, React.js, etc.)
