Prior to joining DevObsessed, Darrel was the MSP Team Manager at Medical Solutions, where he managed and developed a team of 14 account managers for the company's single largest managed-services contract. He was responsible for approximately $275 million under management and increased annual team revenue by 87%.
Before his role as an MSP Team Manager, Darrel served as a Team Lead/Senior Client Manager at Medical Solutions. He was the first Client Manager to achieve Senior status and consistently exceeded sales goals, contributing to 10-13% of the company's annual billable hours each year. Darrel also received the Circle of Excellence award yearly since its inception in 2012, which is given to the top 5% of sales performers.
In his earlier career, Darrel worked as a Staff Supervisor at Aureus Medical, where he recruited nurses to join the contract nursing industry and exceeded sales goals annually. In his second year, he received the company award for enrolling the highest number of new recruits.
Darrel is married to Kelly and they are the proud parents of two sons, Max and Carter. The family also has two high-pitched, yapping poodels.
